Navvly helps users create clearer requests and get more useful AI answers. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information, such as your email address and login details, handled through Supabase.
- Billing information, subscription status, and payment details, handled through Stripe. Navvly does not store full card details.
- Information you enter into navvly, such as your choices, written requests, answer updates, and saved answers.
- Basic technical information, such as device, browser, and usage information needed to keep the service secure and working properly.
How we use information
- To create and refine answers.
- To manage accounts, sign in, subscriptions, and billing.
- To save and show answer history where this feature is enabled.
- To improve reliability, security, and the user experience.
- To respond to support requests sent to enquiries@navvly.com.
AI providers
When you create or update a nav, the information needed to generate the answer may be sent to our AI provider. Do not enter highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable using it with an AI service.
Payments
Payments and subscription management are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy practices.
Saved answers
Saved answers are automatically removed after 60 days. Uploaded files are not intended to be stored in answer history.
Cookies and local storage
Navvly may use essential cookies or browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your plan state, manage usage limits, and make the app work. If analytics or marketing cookies are added later, this policy should be updated.
