Using navvly
Navvly helps you create clearer requests and generate AI-assisted answers. By using navvly, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Navvly offers paid subscription plans. Billing is handled by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal from your account area.
- Standard: 50 navs per day and 25 updates per nav.
- Plus: 150 navs per day and 25 updates per nav.
- Plan features, prices, and limits may change, but current subscribers will be treated fairly and clearly notified where required.
Trials, cancellations, and refunds
If a free trial is offered, billing starts when the trial ends unless the subscription is cancelled before then. You can cancel future renewals through Stripe. Refund requests can be sent to enquiries@navvly.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
AI-generated answers
Navvly can produce helpful answers, but AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for checking important information before relying on it.
Navvly is not a replacement for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other specialist advice.
Acceptable use
You must not use navvly to create unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content. You must not try to misuse, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
Your content
You are responsible for the information you enter into navvly. You should only submit content you have the right to use.
Service availability
We aim to keep navvly reliable, but the service may sometimes be unavailable, delayed, or changed.
